 Melissa brings a wealth of technical expertise to the Jewell team. Her experience as a Deltek FMS user and accounting manager in both an architectural and engineering firm provides a strong foundation for her expertise. With over a decade of experience in serving clients of Jewell & Associates from product implementation to training and maintenance, Melissa supports Deltek FMS and Deltek Vision.
Melissa facilitates the initial planning meeting with all new clients to review their needs and concerns and to determine the most efficient way to implement the new software. She then provides the timeline of when tasks should be completed and by whom. The implementation is a planned scheduled process and our clients operations remain on task and running smoothly.
Post installation Melissa and her expert team of consultants provide our clients with guidance and training throughout the implementation process including training for daily activities and establishing month end closing processes and and procedures.
Melissa also provides ongoing assistance with questions/issues that arise, training on new modules/features, new employee training, etc.
In addition, Melissa provides system audits for clients to assure that you are using the system to its fullest potential as well as practicing standard accounting practice and procedures.
