Margaret Kporha
Margaret brings over 7 years of hands on experience with Deltek Vision and Advantage. Her extensive experience in finance and accounting as a Business Manager at both Architectural and Engineering firms gives her the ability to understand the needs in these industries. She brings her clients a strong foundation in project management, contract and proposal administration, as well as in operations management.
Margaret becomes a very important part of a client’s implementation team. Her experience with Deltek Vision helps a client experience a high return on product investment. Some of Margaret’s expertise includes system wide configuration and implementation of the planning module, configuration of planning alerts, project planning reporting and project control and tracking. She is an expert in resource planning and utilization and ensures that clients will receive alerts if they are exceeding or falling short of a project plan.
Margaret is a member of the Frontrange Colorado Chapter of Microsoft Project Association and the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the International Project Management Institute.
