Pete brings over 12 years experience in the IT industry to Jewell & Associates. He refers to himself as a computer geek and has experience in systems management, support infrastructure and support team management.
With his extensive Deltek Vision experience, Pete will help our clients determine the best hardware/software configuration for their Vision system. Additionally, he will work with clients on many projects including developing custom reporting in Excel, Actuate and Crystal; installation and planning of document management and sync server; utilization of CRM, Opportunities and Merge Templates; and accounting functions such as interactive billing, general ledger, projects and billing.
Pete has managed the IT department for a multi-discipline civil engineering firm, as well as served on the company’s executive board. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairperson for the Central Florida IT Society and was responsible for organizing Central Florida’s first Deltek Vision User’s Group.
Pete believes that companies should look at their business strategy and leverage current technologies to achieve the highest rate of success. As a result of his beliefs, Pete received a finalist nod from Computer World at Storage Network World’s Innovation Awards in 2006 for best practices in implementing a strategic storage solution.
As Jewell & Associates' Senior Vision Technical Consultant, Pete will work with clients to fully utilize their Vision system to realize a high return on product investment.
