As a member of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) for 6 years LeAnn holds her CPSM certification. She is currently serving as the SMPS chapter President for Colorado. The majority of her career has been focused on providing Client Relationship Management expertise to professional service firms through her knowledge of software applications specific to this industry.
Ms. Nowak was with Wind2 software and Deltek for 17 years prior to joining Jewell & Associates. She has given many different educational sessions regarding CRM and has authored several papers on the subject.
LeAnn’s speaking experience includes SMPS national conferences and chapter meetings, Society for Design Administrators (SDA) national convention Deltak User's Group Meetings and chapter meetings. She is also a noted expert on the Standard Form 330 and has spoken on this subject matter for various organizations throughout the US.
