This two day training class provides a hands-on class
that will include lab exercises and focuses on billing
reports, financial statement formatting and basic Crystal
use. It is designed to enable you to modify and make
basic changes to your own report formats.
The class covers:

and sorting

Deltek Billing Reports
- Modifying
and creating Financial Statement Formats

of changing Deltek Standard Reports
The two day Power Class is intended for users of the
FMS system who have been using the system for 3 to 6
months and understand the functionality of FMS, but
have received little or no formal training in the software
integration. The emphasis is on business management.
The topics covered include:
- Proper
setup of projects and bill groups including bill rate
schedules, alerts, fixed dept allocation, and concepts
for contract admin
- BM
Tools
- Reports
for project and employee management including the
audit trail back to original document reports and
concepts of multipliers, effective and original cost
rates, effective and original bill rates
- Filters
and queries + options
- Crystal
Reports and simple customization and regrouping of
reports
- Scheduling/Batching
Reports
- WIP
generation
Classroom size is limited to 20 for both programs.
